Nic Mahony

Agri Finance Relationship Manager

New South Wales

Nic joined Elders in January 2026 as an Agri Finance Relationship Manager, bringing more than 19 years of experience across banking, agribusiness finance, and regional commercial lending. He draws on extensive experience gained across the Hunter Valley, Central Coast, and Central West NSW, including more than a decade based in Dubbo, where he delivered tailored financial solutions to farming enterprises.

He services clients throughout Central West NSW, supporting producers involved in livestock, irrigation and dryland cropping, cotton, wool, poultry, and dairy operations. Raised on rural properties and having worked in cotton and commodity roles early in his career, he combines practical agricultural insight with strong financial capability, enabling him to understand the operational realities and long‑term objectives of farming businesses.

With the added capability to broker finance, Nic provides clients with greater flexibility and choice while maintaining Elders’ commitment to professionalism, transparency, and service. He works closely with farming families and agribusiness operators to structure finance solutions that support sustainability, succession planning, and long‑term business growth.
