Nicholas joined Elders in December 2025 as an Agri Relationship Manager, bringing with him a strong background in rural and regional banking built over several years with two major Australian banks. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with primary producers and regional business owners to understand their operations, support their ambitions, and provide financial solutions tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities of rural industries.
His experience spans a broad range of agricultural and commercial finance needs. Nicholas has successfully assisted clients in expanding their operations through rural property acquisitions, diversifying their wealth with residential and commercial investment properties, and securing competitive deposit solutions. He prides himself on building genuine, long-term relationships founded on trust, transparency, and a deep understanding of the agricultural sector.
Outside of his professional role, Nicholas is committed to his own property and enjoys spending time working with his cattle. He also has a strong interest in sailing and rugby are passions that keep him grounded, active, and connected to the regional communities he serves.
Nicholas holds a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and maintains active membership within relevant industry bodies, supporting his commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining high standards within the finance sector.
