Paul returned to Elders Financce in July 2024 as a Finance Broker, bringing over 35 years of experience in the housing industry. He services the Hunter, Mid North Coast, and Northern Tablelands regions.
Over the years Paul has built a strong network of industry professionals,including builders, developers, real estate agents, accountants, solicitors, and conveyancers. Combined with his extensive knowledge, this enables him to understand and address the challenges clients face in the real estate, asset, and commercial funding markets.
A second-generation Port Macquarie local, Paul was born and raised in the region and maintains deep ties to the community. Alongside his wife Cindy and their two daughters, he has built a diverse career spanning both major corporations and small business ownership.
Paul is an accredited member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA). His qualifications include:
- Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking
- Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (Institute of Strategic Management)
- Advanced Diploma of Business Management (RMIT University).
