Suzi joined Elders in November 2025 as an Agri Finance Relationship Manager, bringing 15 years of experience in the finance industry, the majority of which was spent with two major banks. For the past 11 years, she has been based in and around Tamworth, working closely with farmers and business owners in the local area.
Suzi is passionate about building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and helping them achieve both short- and long-term financial goals while optimizing their businesses. She services Tamworth and the North West of NSW, including Gunnedah, Moree, and Walgett; the Hunter Valley, including Scone, Singleton, and Muswellbrook; and the New England Region, including Armidale, Inverell, Glen Innes, and Warialda.
Outside of work, Suzi and her family are heavily involved in the equine world and are passionate about youth development and mentoring the next generation of competitors. Most weekends are spent traveling around NSW to compete, which helps her stay connected with what is happening regionally.
