Adam joined Elders Finance in January 2026 as an Agri Finance Relationship Manager, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. He resides in Cairns and has strong local knowledge of the region, having grown up in the area.
Adam services every corner of Far North Queensland, including Cairns, Innisfail, Cooktown, Atherton, Mareeba, and Normanton. He also services South East Queensland. His experience includes beef and dairy operations, horticulture, broadacre farming, property, and all aspects of commercial finance. In addition, he has expertise in carbon credit (ACCU) and environmental credit finance.
He takes pride in building strong relationships with his clients, helping them achieve the best possible financial outcomes for their farm or business. With the ability to broker finance, Adam offers clients flexibility, support, and a high level of professionalism.
Outside of work, Adam is passionate about sailing and enjoys exploring the Coral Sea with his family.
