Cheryl joined Elders in January 2026 as an Agri Finance Relationship Manager, bringing 20 years of banking and finance experience across Small Business, Agribusiness, and Commercial Banking. She has spent the past 15 years working across South Queensland and Northern New South Wales, from Toowoomba through to Goondiwindi and Moree, supporting a diverse range of industries.
Based at the B&W Rural branch in Goondiwindi, Cheryl offers a unique proposition with coverage across Southern Queensland and the Northern NSW border districts. Her deep passion for grain and beef cattle production is shaped by her family’s farming background. This farm‑gate perspective has enabled her to build strong, enduring client relationships and has earned her recognition for her commitment to both her clients and the local community.
Cheryl is driven by a genuine passion to help farmers and graziers grow and succeed. She is committed to equipping primary producers with the financial tools, guidance, and support required to achieve long‑term sustainability and profitability. Her goal is to make a meaningful contribution to the agricultural sector by encouraging practical, resilient farming practices, supporting productivity gains, and championing the long‑term wellbeing of rural communities.
