Con joined Elders Finance in May 2024 as a Finance Broker, bringing a wealth of experience built over decades in banking, business ownership, and mortgage broking. His career began at NAB, where he spent 11 years and rose to the position of manager’s assistant at the Brisbane Office, supporting a team of 120 staff. He later joined Metway Bank, serving for eight years in roles including Regional Lending Manager (assessing loans across 16 branches) and Commercial Business Manager, managing his own client portfolio.
Con’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to operate two successful businesses, both of which he built and sold after several years. This hands-on business experience adds a practical edge to his financial expertise.
As a seasoned finance professional, Con has spent over 21 years in mortgage broking, beginning with Northern City Finance (now First Chartered Capital). He has assisted clients with residential, commercial, and plant and equipment finance, and has mentored and trained new entrants to the industry, sharing his deep knowledge and commitment to client success.
Con is known for his mentorship and support of brokers across Australia, and regularly accepts leads and referrals for home loans, business loans, and commercial loans, guiding clients through the application process from start to finish.
With a strong foundation in both corporate and small business finance, Con continues to provide tailored lending solutions with a focus on long-term client relationships.
