Jake joined Elders Finance in March 2025 as an Agri Finance Relationship Manager, bringing 18 years of experience across the finance industry.
Much of his banking career has been dedicated to supporting the agribusiness sector, where he has worked closely with primary producers throughout Central West New South Wales, the Sunshine Coast and Central Queensland. He also has experience delivering finance solutions to clients in the health, transport and manufacturing industries.
With a strong agribusiness background, Jake has worked extensively across livestock, cropping, horticulture, dairy operations and sugarcane enterprises. This hands-on exposure has provided him with a deep understanding of diverse farming operations and the unique financial requirements of producers across the region.
Jake services clients across North Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Gympie, Central Queensland and surrounding areas.
Throughout his career, Jake has built a strong reputation for developing trusted, long-term client relationships. He works closely with customers as both an adviser and advocate, focusing on practical and commercially sound outcomes. His dual role as broker and relationship manager enables him to offer greater flexibility, while maintaining a high level of personalised service and delivering the best possible results for his clients.
Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, often with a fishing rod in hand.
