Jack joined Elders Finance in March 2026 as an Agri Finance Relationship Manager, bringing a strong background in banking across both consumer and business lending. His experience spans residential, commercial, agricultural and mixed lending, giving him a practical understanding of structuring finance solutions that meet client needs.
Based in Eastern Victoria, Jack services the Bairnsdale district, Sale, the Omeo region, Orbost, Swifts Creek, Ensay and Lindenow, as well as clients more broadly across East Gippsland and Wellington. He works closely with a range of agricultural enterprises, including livestock, cropping and mixed farming operations.
Jack is known for his straightforward and dependable approach, with a strong focus on understanding his clients’ objectives and delivering tailored finance solutions to support their business goals. He places high value on honesty, reliability and building long‑term relationships.
Outside of work, Jack is actively involved in the local community through volunteering and enjoys clay target shooting.
