Alicia Brown joined Elders Finance in 2026 as an Agri Finance Relationship Manager, bringing over 23 years of experience in agribusiness banking. She specialises in commercial lending, including term debt, overdrafts and working capital, asset finance, and consumer lending, supporting primary producers and businesses with practical, tailored finance solutions.
Servicing the South West Slopes of New South Wales, including Young, Harden, Boorowa, Grenfell, and Cootamundra, Alicia works across livestock, cropping, and commercial enterprises. She’s passionate about supporting regional communities and building strong, long-term relationships with her clients, working closely with them to achieve the best possible financial outcomes. With the ability to broker finance, she offers added flexibility while maintaining a high standard of personalised, professional service.
Outside of work, Alicia enjoys life on her cattle and cropping farm with her young family.
