Alicia specialises in commercial lending, including term debt, overdrafts and working capital, asset finance, and consumer lending. She supports primary producers and businesses by delivering practical, tailored finance solutions.
Servicing the South West Slopes of New South Wales—including Young, Harden, Boorowa, Grenfell, and Cootamundra—Alicia works across livestock, cropping, and commercial enterprises. She is passionate about supporting regional communities and building strong, long-term client relationships, working closely with clients to achieve the best possible financial outcomes. With the ability to broker finance, Alicia provides added flexibility while maintaining a high standard of personalised, professional service.
Outside of work, Alicia enjoys life on her cattle and cropping farm with her young family.
