At the inaugural Loan Market Group (LMG) Commercial and Asset Finance Awards, Elders secured the Queensland Commercial Finance Large Brokerage of the Year Award, representing the strength of its growing finance brokerage business and client-focused approach.

Agri Finance Relationship Manager Samantha Catlin was also named Rising Star at the South Australian awards. Based in Jamestown, Samantha works closely with producers across the Mid North and has built a reputation for delivering tailored finance solutions and strong customer service.

LMG has been Elders Finance’s aggregation partner since November 2023, supporting the continued growth of the national network and lending capability.

Head of Elders Finance Brokerage Steve Gibson said the dual recognition was a testament to both the strength of the business and the quality of its people.

"These awards reflect the hard work, professionalism and commitment of our team right across the country."

"It's pleasing to see both the business and one of our emerging leaders recognised by our industry peers,” Steve said.

"Samantha has established herself as a trusted adviser to clients and a valued member of our team. This award recognises her dedication to delivering great outcomes and the positive impact she is making in the industry.

"Our focus has always been on building long-term relationships and helping clients access the right finance solutions for their needs. To receive this recognition so soon after partnering with LMG is a fantastic result and one we are very proud of."

The awards mark a strong week for Elders Finance and come amid a period of strong growth for the business, which has continued to expand its national presence, client base and lending volumes. Only last year the Elders Finance brand was officially launched with a mission to offer a suite of financial and banking services to clients, in a time when those in rural and regional Australia may face challenges in accessing local banking services.
